Founded by Allison Hotz, PhD, ABPP-RP, Care Forward Academy was created to support individuals, families, and professional organizations navigating the realities of aging, disability, chronic illness, caregiving, and care transitions with greater clarity, dignity, and confidence.
Our work is grounded in disability-affirmative, psychologically informed, and rehabilitation-focused care—recognizing that aging, disability, and caregiving are not simply logistical experiences, but deeply personal and relational ones.
